Terrazze della Luna is a fine example of Pinot Grigio made by the Cavit co-operative in Trentino. The grapes are sourced from hilllside vineyards and fermented in stainless steel tank to produce a lifted, vibrant wine with zesty citrus, pear and floral aromas. It is a lovely match with light fish dishes or lunchtime drinking.
